Caroline Lerner Perel has over 20 years of experience in the lodging industry including strategic planning, asset and revenue management, property development and acquisitions and capital raising.  Ms. Lerner Perel was a Managing Director and co-head of the Lodging Group at Civitas Capital Group, a real estate investment advisor with $1.2 billion of assets under management. She has served in a variety of roles within the lodging industry including as a Principal of Juno Development, Vice President of Development of Gatehouse Capital, Vice President of Development of Headington Realty & Capital and Director of Development of Phillips International.   Throughout her career, she has led development of over $1.5 billion of hotels throughout the U.S. and acquisition of over $250 million of acquisitions.  Caroline has served  on a number of industry ownership committees, including Aimbridge Hospitality, Hilton Garden Inn and Atwell Suites.
